Michael Taylor
Founder & CEO
Mr. Taylor has over two decades of experience in real estate, both as an advisor to corporate clients and in leadership roles managing large commercial portfolios. His diverse background includes significant expertise in the areas of development, investment, acquisitions and management. Mr. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College.
Ross Negele
Co-Founder and Principal
Mr. Negele has over a decade of experience across corporate and commercial real estate. His background includes management of a $5B healthcare portfolio, where he held responsibilities for Investment, Asset Management, Risk Management and Alternative Lending & Financing Solutions. Mr. Negele holds a bachelor’s degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Dan Gustafson
Principal
Mr. Gustafson has two decades of experience in the real estate industry. His background includes roles within Acquisitions, Asset Management and Leasing. Most recently he oversaw all asset management functions and value-add growth of a five million square foot real estate portfolio. Prior to that he actively participated in over $1B of real estate transactions. Mr. Gustafson holds an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
