Sendero Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of 1 Donald’s Way in East Bridgewater, MA from Equity Industrial Partners. The 70,000 SF building was acquired in partnership with TPG Angelo Gordon and represents the 10th acquisition between the firms over the past two years. 1 Donald’s Way is home to Signature Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services to many of the communities throughout southeastern Massachusetts. Services being delivered at this location include primary care, dermatology, cardiology, imaging & radiology, obstetrics & gynecology, laboratory services, and others.
